Nicole is a dedicated REALTOR with over 13 years’ experience in the real estate industry and has also been involved in the development of several successful businesses. During her career, she has worked for a large firm as a real estate & re-location manager where she gained a vast amount of knowledge in procurements which furthered her drive for real estate. Nicole’s always had a passion for real estate and enjoys delivering exceptional results, whether it’s buying, selling or finding that perfect investment; nothing satisfies her more than seeing her clients achieve their goals. Over the years, she's had the privilege of working in all areas of the GTA which has allowed her to gain extensive knowledge in a variety of real estate markets. Her experience in business development along with her entrepreneurial skills has been extremely helpful in assisting her clients securing commercial properties that align with their business needs. When Nicole is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and being involved in her community. 

Patrick is a determined and dependable real estate broker with over 6 years of experience in the industry. During his career in real estate, Patrick has been involved in both residential and commercial transactions spanning all areas of the GTA.  Prior to real estate, Patrick had a successful career as a district manager in both corporate and franchise structured companies where he gained extensive amounts of knowledge in business analytics which has led to a strong business acumen. Having over 15 years’ experience in the QSR industry, Patrick finds the most rewarding aspect of any job is being client-facing and delivering superb customer service. When Patrick is not at the office he loves spending time with his family, helping out in the community and playing the guitar.
